Anyone that has ever talked to me about the flipped classroom, knows how passionate I am about it. It has made me a better teacher, and I am always happy to work with others to help them learn more about this class structure in the world language classroom.

February 27, 2015 - I will be presenting my Flipped for Fluency presentation at SWCOLT which is coming to Colorado this year! I am looking forward to all of the sessions at this conference and getting to meet people from our region!
July 22, 2014 - So honored to be presenting at StarTalk at CU Boulder to some great Chinese teachers learning all about tech in the classroom.
June 23-25, 2014 - I will be presenting a new session called "Planning for Success" at the Flipped Class Conference in Mars, PA. I am so excited for this one because it is the only conference of the year totally dedicated to flipping! Not sure which day I am presenting, but I will be there throughout the entire conference! Can't wait to see you there!

April 28, 2014 - I am presenting a seminar through the Institute for Educational Development in Newark, NJ. It is a full day workshop about the flipped class in the World Language classroom. Here is a link with all the information and how to register! This presentation was awesome! Not only did the group have a great interaction and conversation, but we all learned so much from one another. This was one of the best days presenting I have ever had! Thanks to all who participated.
March 13, 2014 - I am presenting in Minneapolis, MN. This is a seminar through the Institute for Educational Development. This was an interesting day spent with some great educators. It was a different feel from my other presentations, and there was lots of great discussion.
March 12, 2014 - I am presenting in Detroit, MI. This is a seminar through the Institute for Educational Development. November 22nd - 24th - I will be presenting at the ACTFL Conference in Orlando, FL. I am unsure of details yet, but will post them here when they become available. It is the best conference for WL teachers. There is so much to do, see and learn. I enjoyed meeting so many people face-to-face that I have spent so much time interacting with online. My session was packed, and I have to say, everyone there made me feel like a rock star!
November 16th, 2013 - Flipped Class Workshop at the Foreign Language Technology Program at CU in Boulder. The day begins at 8:30 and I will begin the day and be available for Q &A all morning. This was a great opportunity to meet some teachers that were truly interested in using technology to improve their classroom teaching and student fluency!
July 8th-11th, 2013 - I am very excited to be presenting at the AATSP Conference in San Antonio, TX. I am presenting Wednesday at 12:30, so mark those calendars! I learned so much and met so many great people while in San Antonio.

February 21st, 2013 - I will be presenting a workshop at the CCFLT Conference in Loveland, CO. The workshop will be from 5-7 on Thursday night. Click here to register for the conference. What an awesome conference. My session went very well, and I had quite a few attendees tell me it was their favorite of the conference! I love our state conference and,earned so much from the other sessions, and the many conversations.

August 8th, 2012 - Half-day presentation at Elizabeth's Summer Learning Academy about the Flipped Classroom. It is always great to be able to share with others in your district PLN. Although our time was quick, there were many great questions and ideas!
June 18th - 20th, 2012 - Presenting at the Flipped Classroom Conference in Chicago this summer! I will be co-presenting the pre-conference workshops and doing presentations both days for foreign language flippers! This totally rocked! It was so awesome to meet all the current and future flippers. There is nothing like meeting people you only know virtually and increasing your PLN!

April 24th, 2012 - TeachMeet presentation for language teachers in Australia! So fantastic to be able to share and communicate about the flip on the other side of the world! Great making so many new contacts. If only I could have convinced them I needed to be there in person!
March 16th, 2012 - I delivered a half-day presentation to the staff at Father Lopez High School in Daytona Beach, Florida. Fantastic group of teachers and some great ideas were shared for the flipped classroom!
